HPMLS Application
To begin the process of joining the Multiple Listing Service as a company, you will need to complete the MLS Company Application Form in conjunction with the Designated REALTOR® Application Form. These applications/forms are listed below.

To begin the process of joining the Multiple Listing Service as a MLS Only company, you will need to complete the MLS Company Application Form in conjunction with the Designated REALTOR® Application Form. These applications/forms are listed below. When submitting your application, please include a letter of good standing from your primary Association/Board.

These applications/forms are listed below. When submitting your application, please include a letter of good standing from your primary Association/Board.

If you have an Office Staff person who needs access to the MLS, please have them complete the following: Office Staff Application and Triad MLS Waiver Request Application and return them to the Association. To gain waived access to the MLS, Office Staff must NOT have an active real estate license. The applications are listed below.
